In 2004 the company T.E.I.srl at Pinzano di Limbiate (MI) ), a company specialized in stamping fully finished steel and grain oriented laminations for use in mono and tri-phase transformers, was incorporated into the group.
T.E.I. srl also produces lamella strips cut at 90° with holes from diameter 9mm to 19mm in both fully finished steel or grain oriented steel.
With the acquisition of the company TEI, SITEM S.p.A. is now in the position to be able to offer to all customers in the electric motor / transformer markets a complete portfolio of products.
In July 2006 DECOUP (France), a company specialized in stamping fully finished steel and grain oriented laminations for use in mono and tri-phase transformers, was incorporated into the group.
DECOUP is able to satisfy the needs of it’s customers in a precise and dynamic way.
The slitting line gives the possibility to deliver strips starting from a width of 10mm at short notice and with optimum quality; the raw material used is either fully finished with thickness 0,35 and 0,5mm and grain oriented with thickness 0,30 and 0,35mm.
We are also equipped to be able to supply our customers with personalized products.
