Sitem S.p.A. has implemented a whistleblowing system, establishing a dedicated, secure, and confidential channel for reporting non-compliant behavior, violations of the Code of Ethics, internal procedures, or potential wrongdoing. The channel is accessible to employees, contractors, and third parties and, where applicable, also allows anonymous reporting.

Reports are managed according to a structured process that guarantees confidentiality, impartiality in the assessment, and protection of the whistleblower, including protection from any form of retaliation. This tool strengthens the corporate culture of transparency, integrity, and accountability, contributing to risk prevention and the continuous improvement of the control and governance system.
